I’ve been accepted as an SRAJD – Self Representing Artist Jewelry Designer. An SRAJD member sells only jewelry that they have designed and created themselves. When you purchase from an SRAJD member, you are buying directly from and supporting the artist. You can see my new SRAJD logo on my home page.
The etsy experiment is going well, I think. I’ve sold 4 items so far this week and am pleased.

Well, I’ve done it. I’ve officially opened my etsy store front and am slowly but surely listing everything. Follow this link to shop shinyadornments.etsy.com (Etsy is much like ebay, except items for sale include only those that are hand crafted or supplies to make handcrafted things.)
And, if you can name at least two people that I work with, you can take 15% off anything in my new store!

I’m closer to placing items on Etsy and remodeling my site. Hopefully around 10/15 I’ll have items for sale just in time for the holiday season. I’ve discovered polymer clay beads and purchased some really beautiful beads. My plan this weekend is to use a couple strands to make some bracelets and necklaces.
