My daughters and I still sing this! For us it’s random and spontaneous. We may be shopping in the middle of the mall and one of my daughters will all of a sudden burst out with “Mahna Mahna”, and my other daughter and I follow with the “do-do-do-do-doos”.
BTW, my daughters are 23 and 24 years old and we’ve been doing this since they were toddlers.
